**Please Note: All of our phones ship in a factory overstock whitebox unless noted. All phones are Verizon or Page Plus Factory Certified and include battery, battery backdoor and home charger. Protective film is still on the device from manufactorer and does not include a manual.

To Activate A Non Page Plus Phone

Phone must be CDMA type.
GSM (T-Mobile, AT&T) and iDEN (Sprint) are NOT COMPATIBLE!
Phone does NOT have to be e911 GPS enabled, but it is preferred.
Phone must not have an unpaid balance, or be reported stolen on any carrier.
Verizon Phones must be new or deactivated for at least 3-6 months.
Other non-Verizon CDMA phones must be re-programed or flashed.
Verizon Postpaid, InPulse and FreeUp Handsets on Page Plus
Most Verizon phones are compatible with PagePlus.
They are OTA (Over The Air) Compatible
1. Voice and SMS works.
2. MMS will work, except MMS will NOT work for Blackberry.
3. Non-PDA handset WAP won’t work. The browser needs to be manually set to the PP
proxy.
4. PDA handset browsers (WM, Palm) will work “out of the box” because they don’t need
a proxy to function.
5. Blackberry BIS BES is not supported. (But randomly, sometimes it works anyway.) A
flash is required to get the BB browser to work with regular data, or an alternate browser
such as Opera Mini needs to be installed.
6. Verizon prepaid (InPulse) handsets will activate on Page Plus via OTA programming.
However, if the phone is new and is activated on the Verizon prepaid network as
prompted by the new handset, the ESN will lock to the Verizon network and will require
work before it can be programmed to Page Plus. These handsets are subsidy locked
making manual activation nearly impossible without special software tools. Furthermore,
be aware that Page Plus will only allow activation of refurbished or used Verizon
handsets.
Note the Jan 10, 2010 memo from Page Plus: “We want to emphasize the use of any
Verizon brand new retail phones is a Page Plus violation which will result in immediate
termination of your Page Plus Dealer Code, and reinstatement of Dealer Code will not
be considered.
7. Page Plus Brew downloads are not available. This feature will only work on some
Page Plus branded handsets. Existing Brew applications installed before activating on
Page Plus may continue to work.
8. Verizon services will generally not work. This includes VZ Navigator, VCast and all
the other services through the Verizon supplied web browser (downloading ringtones and
games for instance). Some people have gotten VZ Navigator to work.

Most Alltel phones are compatible with PagePlus.

Most AMP’D Models will work with PagePlus except for the Motorola E816
(Hollywood).
Virgin Mobile
Virgin handsets are PCS1900 Mhz and will not work.
Cricket
Most Cricket phones will work with the PagePlus network. However, they need to be
flashed with new software or specially reprogrammed with advanced settings to get most
functions to work.
TracFone
TracFone branded phones are NOT compatible with PagePlus.
The “AirTank” balance system that the phones use can not be removed and is locked to

•If My Activation Fails, Can I Get a Refund?
We do not offer refunds for activations that fail. When you attempt to activate a used phone online you are taking a chance that the phone will work perfectly as new and accept the new programming needed to make it function with this service.
Since we do not have possession of your phone (unless you purchase the phone from us–CLICK HERE if you are interested in purchasing your phone from the Michigan Cellular Store) we can not inspect, manually program your phone and/or assist in this process.
With this limitation we cannot guarantee your activation will succeed although our activations are successful over 99% of the time. We will be doing equally as much work attempting to activate your phone whether it works or not. For this reason we do not give refunds. You are assuming all responsibility and agreeing with our “no refund” policy if you choose to proceed.
